Podcast Transcript: Lab Session 1 Reflections — Alison Nadunga

My biggest take on the lab sessions has been learning and unlearning so many things. I was and still am an extremely structured person and it gets challenging and intimidating when the structure is removed from things and information is left open-ended. Being a part of these sessions has helped me slowly get into understanding the dynamics of creativity, the dynamics of creation of content and allowing me to become open-ended and giving room for the inclusion of other forms of inspiration. For me that has been exciting, it has been an exciting journey to do that.
